First Fruit
 by: Robert Crawford III

What do you want in life; what do you expect in life? How you rouse up and respond to life early in the morning somehow can envisage the kind of day you will most likely have. If you wake up each day with a cantankerous attitude you can probably count on having a lousy day. Your day should first begin with an acknowledgement of the father. This can be done by simply saying thank you lord for waking me up this morning and what can I do for you today. When you began your day by making him the first fruit you will began to see a change in your life. Just as God ask for the ten percent of tithes which is the first fruit from your earnings he also wants us to connect with him first in the morning. If you ask him to help you plan your day and stay in his will no matter what comes your way you will be prepared to handle it.

Simply know that he is in charge anyway and you need his help to get through each day. No one can provide the peace of mind that he has for you each day. When you put him first each day your daily approach to life’s struggles will also change. Try it and you will see it will also take some of the stress in your life off of you. But, you must be continuous in your pursuit of him each morning, not just one or two days out of the week. If you begin to acknowledge him in the morning, first thing, you will not focus on your troubles and he then can begin to take care of your daily problems for you. Start putting him first each day and watch your problems start to dwindle down or become diminutive.
